Usually it takes 1-3 business days to dispatch, especially if ordered a painting during weekends when Swedish post doesn't work.
Please, be prepared to pay additional tax at your customs if such is needed. 

Returns
I do accept returns except the custom works. Please, notify me about your decision and the reason within 14 days after receiving and send it back. I'll have to ensure that the painting in condition.
